Is Tailflair really free for pet owners?
Yes. Requesting introductions is free for pet owners in our current beta. No booking and no payments happen on Tailflair.
How many providers will contact me?
Typically 1–3 providers who match your needs and are actively seeking new clients. We keep it limited so you get options without a flood of outreach.
How quickly will I hear back?
We forward requests as fast as possible (often same day). Response time depends on provider availability and your requested service window.
What if I'm outside Austin city limits?
We currently serve the Greater Austin area, including Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Leander, Buda, Kyle, Manor, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Dripping Springs.
How do you screen requests?
We review submissions and screen requests for spam before routing. Providers are independent businesses, so you should still do your own checks before booking.
Will you call me or spam me?
No. We only share your request with 1–3 matched providers. Tailflair doesn't book services or take payments.
